Welcome! This page will be used for parishioners to receive updates on Phase 2 of the Congregate for Something Great campaign. We are excited that we have reached a point where construction is ready to begin on this long awaited phase. If you are unfamiliar with what will take place during Phase 2, the project is as follows:
New Preschool/After School Care Addition
Saint Agnes School has long tradition of success anchored by their three essential pillars of faith, community, and academic excellence. The commitment to these ideals has led to great growth over the years, including the introduction of the first preschool classroom in 2017. To house this continual growth, a new addition will be constructed off the back of the library. This building will contain enough space for not only two preschool classrooms for four year old students, but it will also contain plenty of space to begin a program for three year old students as well. These classrooms will be designed to be shifted as well to accomodate After School Care use in the afternoon. Additionally, the area will boast a large fenced in playground, as well as offices for the Preschool Director and staff.
Parish Office/Gathering Space
In addition to the new school space, new offices for parish staff as well as a meeting/event space for 100+ people will be constructed where Charity Hall once stood. These offices are to replace the Parish House, which will eventually be torn down. The new event space will be located on the first floor and will be equipped with a full catering kitchen. Parish staff offices will be located on the second floor, accessible via steps or elevator. This building will also provide much needed storage for other ministries of the parish.
