Saint Agnes School Financial Policy & Tuition

Saint Agnes School has Active Parishioner and Non-Active Parishioner/Non-Parishioner tuition rates. To enroll, please complete the following steps.

  1. Complete the Saint Agnes School Intention Form for 2024-2025 at
  2. Complete the Saint Agnes School Active Parishioner Verification Form.

To receive the Active Parishioner tuition rate, you must

  1. Complete the Saint Agnes Parish Stewardship Form or complete a stewardship
form for the Catholic parish you belong to. This form ensures you are registered with the parish with all current contact information.
  2. Fulfill your stewardship commitment by donating your gifts of time, talent, and treasure to the parish and parish school ministries. The record of volunteer gifts of time and talent for the school and parish events throughout the year is monitored through Sign Up Genius.
  3. Be a good financial steward of the Church, understanding that this financial giving is vital to remaining in Active Parishioner status. For Saint Agnes Parish, this is shown through WeShare, electronic funds transfer, or the Parish envelope system.
  4. Faithfully attend Mass on weekends and Holy Days of Obligation as a family.

If your family does not complete the requirements, or you are a non-Catholic family, you are considered a Non-Active Parishioner/Non-Parishioner and will pay the Non-Active Parishioner/Non-Parishioner tuition rate.

Tuition is paid either in total on July 1 prior to the beginning of the new school year or through automatic debit by FACTS Tuition, a third party tuition collection company, or on the first or 15th of each month, for eleven months, July-May of the active school year. You can sign up and manage your FACTS Tuition account here.

Tuition must be paid in full for the active school year by May 1 of that year in order for report cards, transcripts and other records to be made available.

Tuition Assistance

Are you seeking a quality Catholic education for your child(ren)?  Tuition Assistance is available for families who qualify.  A single form, the FACTS management application, is used for all forms of Catholic elementary school tuition assistance.  Some of this assistance is provided in the form of grants, discounts, and scholarships provided by the Archdiocese of Louisville, the Catholic Education Foundation, School Choice Scholarships, private sources including the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, and assistance from our local parish fund, The Gratitude Fund.  After successfully completing and filing the FACTS application and supporting documents by the published deadline(s), families are then notified of assistance awards in May.

If you have further questions or would like to schedule a tour, please call Margaret Laracy, Admission Coordinator, at (502) 813-4589 or at
