Saint Agnes School Financial Policy & Tuition

Members and Non-members at Saint Agnes

Beginning with the 2020/2021 school year, our tuition structure has been simplified to signify Parishioner and Non-Parishioner rates. The requirement of completing a stewardship form has been removed from the process, with the intent that it isn’t the act of filling out the form that is most important, but rather the family honoring their commitment of time, talent, and treasure that should be the focus.

Any family that is not Catholic but is receiving assistance CEF/Archdiocesan tuition assistance will receive the Parishioner rate. The Non-Parishioner rate will apply to families of other Catholic parishes that currently have an operating school and any family that is not Catholic and is not receiving any tuition assistance from CEF/Archdiocese of Louisville.

A parishioner is typically defined as an individual or family that has attended one of the quarterly New Member Meetings and has returned all the necessary paperwork. Given the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending in-person New Member Meetings until we can gather again. Instead, the New Member Form can be accessed online here. Families that join the parish in this way are expected to join a New Member Meeting once they are able to take place.

Below are the tuition rates for the 2021/2022 school year:

Tuition Assistance

Are you seeking a quality Catholic education for your child(ren)?  Tuition Assistance is available for families who qualify.  A single form, the FACTS management application, is used for all forms of Catholic elementary school tuition assistance.  Some of this assistance is provided in the form of grants, discounts, and scholarships provided by the Archdiocese of Louisville, the Catholic Education Foundation, School Choice Scholarships, private sources including the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, and assistance from our local parish fund, The Gratitude Fund.  After successfully completing and filing the FACTS application and supporting documents by the published deadline(s), families are then notified of assistance awards in May.

If you have further questions or would like to schedule a tour, please call Margaret Laracy, Admission Coordinator, at (502) 813-4589 or at mlaracy@stagneslouisville.org.
